School Flooring case study:
Before
This project was to replace the existing stuck down carpet with vinyl flooring. We uplifted the carpet and removed before cleaning the sub floor of any old debris.
We then applied a coat of P131 floor primer, shown in this picture (green). This ensures the adhesion of the latex/smoothing compound ready to receive the new floor covering.
After
This picture shows the floor covered in new vinyl flooring. This has been fully adhered to the floor. The joints have been heat welded, edges sealed with clear mastic. This ensures the flooring is now watertight.
Pedal Flooring case study:
Before
This project was for a new retail shop. The existing premises were originally 2 shops made into 1 so the floor heights were different.
We had to scabble out some of the old flooring, prime and patch latex to get some uniform height.
This was then followed with 1 coat of latex as shown in the picture ready to receive the new floor covering.
After
This picture shows the floor covered in Impact rubber flooring. It has been fully stuck to floor and has had clear mastic applied to perimeter. It is now ready to receive the fixtures and fittings for the shop.
